Salary range: $130,000 – $165,000 plus per annum

The Role
As Project Manager, you will report through to the Senior Management Team. You will effectively manage Projects, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners. Your key responsibilities will include but aren’t limited too:
- Develop project plans outlining scope, objectives, timeline, and budget
- Allocate resources for timely and budget-compliant completion
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates and conflict resolution
- Ensure projects meet quality standards as outlined in plans
- Lead and manage project team with guidance, motivation, and support
- Create and maintain project documentation, progress reports, budgets, and timelines
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven background working on commercial and residential projects up to $15M in value. With the relevant tertiary qualifications and an impressive portfolio of projects, you will successfully manage multiple projects and exceed company and client expectations. As you will lead a range of people within a fast-paced environment, excellent negotiation and communication skills will be essential to drive the process and collaborate with various team members.
